thats AWESOME!!! We learned how to make Marshmallow fondant in RS last month- do you use Mallow fondant or ganache or what?
I have used the homemade before, like with James' cake. I also do a lot of ganache for a slightly more rustic look. But for this I used the professional stuff from the cake store. It's a little pricey and the homemade tastes better, but this is soooo much easier to use.
That is beautiful. And I was just going to email you and bug you about putting up the picture. :)
